Your Order Cancellation Rights

  • You are entitled to not to cancel Your order once booked.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
  • Please note in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We will put customer’s account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance.
  • Note: 98% of deliveries are done successfully on time. 

We will reimburse You only if we have sent you a wrong order (product is different from what was ordered).

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • We are notified on the day of delivery as damages will not be considered after the day the order is received.
  • No complain will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery
  • Share a picture or a video of the product in damaged condition to be considered for damages.
  •  The item being repacked properly with the original invoice/receipt.
  •  The product must be unused with the price tag attached.Once our team has reviewed and is satisfied,exchange or refund will be initiated.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Change of mind is not acceptable for return.
  • font size issue
  • Any complaints on quality of page will not be entertained as all our books are imported and fall in different categories of Paper under International standards..

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Gosha  – e – Adab may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include :

  • Item out of stock
  • Pricing error
  • Credit card payment delined by the bank
